Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

We ship within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Malta, Vatican City, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, and Ireland.

Shipping costs (including sales tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping fees for orders of €40 or more. Orders under €40 are subject to a shipping fee of €5.90.

International shipping:

Free shipping on orders of €60 or more (within the EU)
Express $18

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer, domestic deliveries (within Germany) will be made within 2–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (or, if advance payment has been agreed, after we receive your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will notify you by email when your order is ready and provide details on how to pick it up. In this case, no shipping fees will be charged.
