Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Malta, Vatican City, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs for orders totaling €60 or more. For orders under €60, shipping costs are €6.90

. International shipments:

No free shipping within the EU

. Delivery Times

: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 2–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, delivery will occur after your payment instruction is received).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you are picking up your order yourself, we will notify you via email when the goods are ready and provide pickup instructions. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
