Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier,

took possession of the goods, or
in the case of a contract for multiple goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, you or the third party took possession of the last good, or
in the case of a contract for the delivery of a single item in multiple partial shipments or pieces, you or the third party designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, an email, or via the cancellation button in our online store) regarding your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though its use is not required. You may also submit your withdrawal electronically by clicking the “Cancel Order” button on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (for example, by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs,
for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery,
for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business has no control,
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery,
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
