Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier,

  • have taken possession of the goods, or
  • in the case of a contract for multiple items that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, you have taken possession of the last item, or
  • in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces, the last partial shipment or the last piece has been taken into possession.

by providing a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, an email, or by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in our online store) of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though this is not required. You may also submit your withdrawal electronically by clicking the withdrawal button on our website. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you (for example, via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send notification of your intention to exercise this right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs,
  • for the delivery of goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
  • for the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery,
  • for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business has no control,
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery,
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
